40mm Triple Plain Bearing Deck Organiser

Designed for leading control lines and halyards along a deck or coach roof.

The cheeks are manufactured from marine-grade aluminium and finished with a black anodised coating for excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Supplied complete with four bolts, nuts and washers for installation.

Plain Bearing

The sheave runs on a central stainless-steel bush, making it ideal for high static loads commonly found in yacht halyard systems. Plain-bearing sheaves are recommended for any system subject to winching.

Stackable Design

The organiser can be easily stacked to create a double-height deck organiser. When stacked, the upper organiser is rated to two-thirds of the maximum working and breaking load.

Becket Option

The non-sheave column can be used as a becket, providing an additional attachment point when required.

Load Rating

The Plain Bearing Deck Organiser range is rated based on a 30-degree turning angle around the sheave. At this angle, the load factor on the sheave is approximately 50% of the line load.
