Performance Aluminium Sheave Boxes

Designed for high-performance sailing applications, this range of precision-machined aluminium sheave boxes, also known as exit blocks, offers smooth and reliable line management on boats up to 30ft.

Available with either plain bearing or ball bearing sheaves, in a choice of acetal or stainless steel, these exit blocks are engineered for durability, efficiency, and low-friction performance.

Each unit is supplied with a radiused plastic backing plate to provide a neat, gap-free fit on curved surfaces such as masts and spars. For installation on flat surfaces, the backing plate can be easily removed.

Suitable for halyards, control lines, and general running rigging, these versatile sheave boxes can be used with both rope and wire systems, making them an ideal choice for a wide range of sailing applications.
