20mm Exit Sheave Box

Designed to improve the efficiency and durability of rigging systems, this 20mm Exit Sheave Box provides smooth and reliable rope or wire routing for masts, decks, and other marine applications. Manufactured from CNC-machined marine-grade aluminium, it features a removable axle pin for simple maintenance or sheave replacement, with a curved backing plate included for mounting to the leading edge of a mast.

Available with a choice of sheave options, the design helps minimise wear on halyards, extending rope life while ensuring efficient performance.

  • Acetal Plain Bearing: Lightweight, low-maintenance option suitable for working loads up to 200kg. Compatible with rope and wire.
  • Dynamic Bearing: Features patented Dynamic Bearing Technology for exceptionally low friction and smooth operation. Ideal for fast-running systems with working loads up to 105kg. Best suited to rope applications.
  • Stainless Steel Plain Bearing: Heavy-duty option designed for highly statically loaded applications, with working loads up to 250kg. Compatible with rope and wire.
