AutoRatchet 45 with Tii-On body

AutoRatchet blocks feature an internal ratcheting mechanism that turns on and off automatically when a certain load is reached. This gives the user greater holding power on hand-held lines while also allowing the sheave to spin freely at lower loads, enabling the line to run quickly during manoeuvres.

This Tii-On version has been developed for low-load applications where minimum weight is a priority.

X2

The "X2" is our innovative double pawl system, designed to increase the longevity of the ratchet mechanism. Unlike conventional ratchet blocks, the X2 pawl system shares the load across two pawls within the mechanism. This results in a more durable and reliable ratcheting system capable of withstanding higher loads over a longer service life.

Tii-On

This block is designed to be attached using a Tii-Shackle (rope shackle) or a webbing strap through the top hole in the block.

Extreme Hold

The X2 AutoRatchet 45 features a hardwearing nylon sheave with eight V grips to provide exceptional holding power on all lines. For maximum performance, we recommend pairing this ratchet block with 7mm Excel Marstron Plus.

Swivel Lock

The swivel can be locked in 90-degree orientations using the small black swivel lock at the top of the block. Alternatively, the swivel can be set to spin freely.

Trigger Load

The AutoRatchet mechanism is designed to engage at 10kg with a line wrap of 180 degrees around the sheave.
