Machine Tapered Optimist Mainsheet – 7 Metres

Designed specifically for the Optimist class, this Robline Machine Tapered Optimist Mainsheet delivers reduced weight, lower friction, and improved handling for enhanced performance on the water.

Featuring a double-tapered design, the thinner end sections run smoothly through blocks while the larger centre section provides a comfortable, secure grip in your hand.

Constructed from a blend of Dyneema® and PA/PES fibres, it offers high strength, low stretch, excellent abrasion resistance, and reliable load control.

Unlike a symmetrical tapered sheet, this Optimist version features one long taper and one short taper, optimised for the boat's mainsheet system. The longer taper runs through the boom blocks, while the shorter taper passes through the cockpit sole blocks.
