This helps minimise friction while guiding the rope efficiently.

Manufactured from laser-cut stainless steel, the body and backing plate are produced to precise tolerances, ensuring consistent quality, maximum strength and a compact design.

Dynamic Bearing Sheave

The 30mm sheave features Allen's Dynamic Bearing technology, using twin rows of stainless-steel ball bearings running on a stainless-steel rail. This provides superior load-carrying capability and longevity compared to bearing systems that run on plastic rails.

Removable Design

A clevis pin connects the main Flip Flop body to the backing plate and serves as the pivot point. Removing the pin separates the body from the backing plate, allowing easier installation and enabling the body to be fitted either way up.

Applications

Ideal for:

Dinghy control lines

Keelboat control lines

Pump-action spinnaker systems

Technical Drawing

Click the PDF above to view the full detailed dimensions.
