Lifetime Warranty

Allen products are warranted to be of merchantable quality and fit for the purpose for which they are sold. In addition, Allen products are guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship, subject to reasonable use. We will replace products which are found to have failed through manufacturing and raw material defects. The parts must have been fitted in accordance with our technical instructions, where present, and in any event following the technical guidance of our stockist or representative. No cash alternative or damages arising out of any failure will be met. While we take every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of published specifications, no liability will be accepted for errors or omissions. In the unlikely event of a claim arising, please return the part in question to us, together with a description of the circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.
