Allen Academy Optimist Terms and Conditions

Allen Brothers agree to supply an Optimist Dinghy, free of charge, complete with fittings, sails, spa’s and foils for the lucky winner to compete in at Optimist events throughout 2019. To benefit from a race ready Optimist, free of charge, for a season, we require some basic maintenance and care commitments

The recipient of the Optimist 6425 will follow these terms and conditions:

• Optimist 6425 is to be returned to Allen Brothers in a similar condition to how it was received.
• The recipient is liable for any loss or damage of hull, spa’s, foils and hardware.
• Any change of hull, spa’s, foils and hardware must be confirmed by Allen Brothers.
• 2 sails must be returned to Allen Brothers in a similar condition.
• 1 set of foils must be returned to Allen Brothers in a similar condition.
• 1 set of spa’s must be returned to Allen Brothers in a similar condition.
• The recipient will supply Allen Brothers with media content such as pictures, videos and blogs throughout the year.
• Allen Brothers logos must be displayed at all times. Branding will be supplied free of charge upon request.
• The recipient will take every opportunity to endorse Allen Brothers and its products.
